Responsible for supporting the Building Managers in the ongoing building operations, tenant relations and retention programs.

The Assistant Property Manager:

  • is the primary contact for your service requests, inquiries and  information on all planned and emergency activities and maintenance schedules;
  • handles all tenant work request tickets;
  • distributes the requests to the appropriate department for resolving and checks with you after completing work;
  • ensures that you are satisfied with the work that’s done;
  • is available to help you organize and host special events, conferences and team building activities;
  • make sure that all your requests are handled properly.

ANGEL ANGELOV

Directly responsible for all mechanical equipment functions and proper usage of all installments on the territory of Sofia Airport Center, including but not limited to: heating, ventilation and AC, fire safety, electricity, sewerage.

Your Chief Engineer:

  • works closely with the Property Management team on maintaining and adhering the operational procedures and on providing efficient and timely service;
  • help you optimize the rented premises, to adjust the systems in the building to your needs, to make sure that all of your requests are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner
  • could advise you how to save energy;
  • is the connection between you and the subcontractors;
  • represents you and your interests doing his best to meet your expectations.

KALIN BOZHILOV

Responsible for supporting the Chief Engineer in all mechanical equipment functions and operations of the property as well as directly handling all requests for repairs.

Your Building Engineer:

  • is the first person to respond to your building service requests;
  • is responsible for inspecting the work of the contract vendors and ensure their work meets the building standards;
  • is available to help you for your monthly utility billing, answer all questions and requests for the building systems and installations, advise on energy conservation and life-safety systems and procedures.
