In addition to their tempting treats, Eddy`s Bakery offers a variety of catering options, suited to both corporate and private events.

  Over the past months of lockdowns and emergency situations, the team of Sofia Airport Center put all of its energy and professional skills in the development of an optimally comfortable working environment for its partners and employees.

  A large-scale project was launched in 2020 – The Re:Share Project. The project is mainly concentrated towards significant investments in the overall development and enhancement of the indoor and outdoor common areas.

  The picturesque lake crossed by a pedestrian bridge accounts for an especially vibrant appearance of the overall park. The lake is inhabited by Koi – colored Japanese varieties of carp – better known as “living jewels.” They are highly regarded in the Land of the Rising Sun. Colored carp are a symbol of success, progress and achievement of high-level objectives.

  An impressive park area surrounds the lake, decorated with flowerbeds and lush green vegetation. The spacious pedestrian trails of the park are especially equipped with benches that are comfortably placed at the heart of SAC. The park is the preferred space for relaxation, but it also gives one the unique opportunity to work surrounded by nature. Free wireless internet service is available throughout the park.

  The scenic pedestrian trails of Sofia Airport Center lead to cozy gazebos that are preferred places for recreation and outdoor lunch. They are a wonderful solution for outdoor work with their large wooden tables and seating for 8 to 12 people. All wishes are fully granted at Sofia Airport Center!

  With the implementation of the Re:Share concept, the park is upgraded with two hi-tech gazeboes, located in front of Building A2.They constitute state-of-the-art structures with a unique and stylish, appearance that combines an innovative spirit, yet close to nature. Both facilities offer free Wi-Fi service. Moreover, they are fully soundproof and protected from any external impacts which makes them the ideal place for work. The glazed modules provide optimum sunlight and the external arbor reveals an impressive view towards the central lake.

  The second sports hall at SAC is fully equipped for table tennis and the facilities are available for free to SAC’s tenants. The other classes that take place in the hall are charged to employees.

  Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 9:00 pm.  

  Location: SAC Sports Hall 2 is located in Logistics building B2, entr. 2, floor 2

  Steamera car wash offers an innovative solution for cleaning your vehicle. The technology involves using steam produced by certified machines produced by Optima Steamer in combination with high quality biodegradable products. This leads to perfect results and reduced environmental impact, compared to the conventional car wash services.  

  Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm.  

  Location: The car wash is located in Office Building A2 on level -1  

  SAC Community Discount Card: You can use a 10% discount for all services. The discount cannot be used in combination with other existing offers and promotions.

  Sofia Airport Center offers a conference hall that boasts a luxurious and modern style – The Boardroom. This is a multifunctional space that can be divided into two smaller meeting rooms with different capacity. The Boardroom is suitable for a large number of events – corporate meetings, trainings, seminars, and even business breakfasts, etc. The venue is fully equipped with 2 smart TV sets, audio system, fridge and Wi-Fi that secure uncompromised communication.

  Seating capacity: The entire hall has 30 seats, if partitioned, it will result in two rooms with respective capacities of 10 and 20 seats.

The publicly available spaces in SAC – the surface parking area and the one on level -1 in building A2 are now designated places where one can rent and leave SPARK electric cars.

  The opportunity to go to work by bike has always attracted people with eco-awareness and concern for their health. However, the obstacle for more people to go to work by bicycle is often the lack of a suitable and safe place to park the bicycle and the lack of a bathroom in which to put themselves in a form suitable for an office.

  At SAC, we have provided space for this type of convenience for our tenants. Both the parking of the bicycles and a place for refreshment before moving to the office environment are arranged.
