TEMPORARY OPEN PARKING IN UPI V-1123 (FOR OFFICES, SHOPS, WAREHOUSES, COMMUNICATIONS, PRODUCTION, SUBSTATION AND HOTEL), KV.23, M. NPZ-ISKAR-NORTH-II PART, ISKAR DISTRICT, SO (PI 68134.1503.1194)
The temporary open parking lot has an area of 70x67= 4,700 m2, part of the RPL with a total area of 17,974 m2. The parking lot has a capacity of 179 parking spaces for cars.
The parking lot has limited access for outsiders. The project provides for the installation of a guard pavilion (a ready-made product that is powered only by electricity), an entry-exit system with barriers and a metal openwork fence (ready-made elements for a complete fence system of the "BETAFENCE" type). Video surveillance is not provided, only lighting of the site.
The project envisages that the pavement of the areas with car traffic will be filled with drainage concrete, which is a modern, sustainable, high-quality material that ensures the drainage of rainwater without the need to build a site sewer.
The project does not include any functions that require the provision of domestic sewage and water supply. For this reason, their construction is not envisaged.
