The modern energy-saving air conditioning and ventilation system (HVAC) uses VAV - variable air volume technology, which is controlled by an automatic building management system (BMS). This system is extremely efficient and allows computerized management and control of energy consumption throughout the building. It also allows seasonal hot or cold air to be used for heating or cooling, which reduces operating costs and carbon emissions.
The floors are covered with high quality DESSO Essence carpet tiles, which are most effective for office buildings. This type of flooring is characterized by a unique design and exceptional strength.
